Sara’s Approach
to Helping

As a mother and military spouse, I understand the challenges of balancing multiple roles amid life’s uncertainties. With 13 years of combined experience supporting children, youth, adults and families—including neurodiverse and vulnerable individuals in various settings, I bring a deep understanding of diverse needs.

As a registered psychotherapist (qualifying), under clinical supervision, and a Child and Youth practitioner, I take a client-centered approach to help you cultivate self-worth, confidence, and meaningful change.

I offer virtual therapy from a psychodynamic perspective, drawing on an integrative approach that combines attachment theory, Mindfullness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MCBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EFT (Emotionally-Focused Therapy), person-centered therapy, and strength-based interventions. Together, we can explore your experiences, build practical coping strategies, and celebrate the strengths you already bring to life.

If this feels like a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a complimentary 30-minute consultation—let’s take the next step together.
